AN 8-DAY BREAKTHROUGH INTENSIVE
Heartbreak:
Handled.
An 8-Day Breakthrough Intensive for Busy Professionals Who Can’t Put Life on Pause.
Your relationship ended. Your life didn’t.
You’re capable, driven, and accustomed to handling hard things. But no matter how many problems you solve at work, you can’t seem to think your way out of this heartbreak.
Welcome to Heartbreak: Handled, an eight-lesson power course designed to help you get unstuck, interrupt the patterns keeping heartbreak running in the background, and feel like your badass self again—from an author who did everything wrong for two years and figured out how to move forward in two weeks.
Eight focused lessons. Practical exercises. A clear path forward. Individual results may vary.

You know how to handle hard things. Why does this feel impossible?
Heartbreak doesn’t respond to logic the way a demanding client, difficult project, or packed calendar does.
You may be:
Holding it together at work (with an occasional bathroom cry break) but falling apart when you get home.
Replaying the relationship and wondering what you could have done differently.
Fighting the urge to text, check their social media, or search for signs that they have changed.
Missing the connection and security you felt when you were together.
Struggling to imagine a meaningful life without them.
Staying constantly busy while the heartbreak continues running in the background.
Feeling pressure to start dating again before you are ready.
Your reaction does not mean you’re weak, irrational, or failing.
It means you experienced a real loss—and your emotions haven’t caught up with what your logical mind already knows.
You don’t need another distraction. You need a plan.
“Heartbreak: Handled.” gives you a focused framework for navigating the thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns that can make a breakup harder to move through.
This isn’t about pretending the relationship didn’t matter, suppressing your feelings, or forcing yourself to “get over it.”
It’s about learning how to:
See the relationship clearly instead of remembering only its best moments.
Understand why part of you still feels attached.
Stop behaviors that repeatedly reopen the wound.
Establish boundaries that protect your progress.
Rebuild confidence through promises you keep to yourself.
Rediscover your interests, identity, and community.
Start creating a life that feels meaningful now.
THE CURRICULUM
What you’ll learn inside Heartbreak: Handled.
LESSON 1:
Introduction
Understand why heartbreak can overwhelm even the most logical, capable person. Establish essential boundaries and begin your Breakup Survival Journal—a resource you can return to whenever emotions start overriding what you know.
LESSON 2:
Conscious Mind
Use facts to challenge idealized memories, “what if” thinking, and the temptation to go back. You’ll examine what happened, where you were incompatible, and what the relationship taught you.
LESSON 3:
Subconscious Mind
Explore why part of you may still expect your former partner to be there, even when you consciously know the relationship is over. Learn a calming bedtime exercise designed to quiet nighttime thought loops and help your mind adjust to your new reality.
LESSON 4:
You Don't Miss the Person, You Miss the Feeling
Examine the connection, affection, and security you experienced—and consider whether what you miss most may be the feeling rather than the person. You’ll also create affirmations that support healing and hope.
LESSON 5:
What Not to Do
Identify and unpack five common behaviors that can restart the emotional cycle, including unnecessary contact, intimacy with an ex, rebound hookups, dating before you are ready, and monitoring your ex online. Then create a cleaner separation plan that protects your progress.
LESSON 6:
What to Do, Part 1—Rebuilding Your Self-Confidence
Learn how confidence grows when you make realistic promises to yourself and consistently keep them. You’ll begin a gratitude practice and select one manageable commitment that reinforces your self-trust.
LESSON 7:
What to Do, Part 2—Rediscovering Who You Are
Reconnect with the interests, friendships, and parts of your identity that may have disappeared inside the relationship - and how exactly to do so. You’ll commit to an activity or community experience that helps you begin building a life beyond your former partner.
LESSON 8:
Loving Your Life as It Is in the Present Moment
Bring everything together into a continuing moving-forward plan. Learn how solo experiences, nurturing routines, personal adventures, and everyday acts of self-respect can help you create a meaningful life in the present - where you cherish and love your own company.

THE CREATOR
Meet Laney Tucker
Laney understands what it feels like to be successful on paper while privately struggling to function after heartbreak.
As an attorney accustomed to logic, structure, and solving difficult problems, she couldn’t understand why she wasn’t able to think her way out of the pain.
After spending two years making nearly every post-breakup mistake possible, Laney began identifying the patterns, boundaries, and practices that finally helped her move forward in two short weeks. She created “Heartbreak: Handled” to give other busy professionals the clear, concise guidance she wishes she had received from the beginning.
Her approach is candid, practical, compassionate, and grounded in lived experience.
She won’t shame you for what you’ve already done or tell you that the relationship didn’t matter. She’s been in your shoes. Rather, she’ll help you understand what’s happening, protect yourself from choices that prolong the pain, and begin directing your energy back toward your own life.
Laney’s experience is personal to her. Individual experiences and results will vary.
Heartbreak: Handled may be right for you if...
You’re managing a demanding career while privately struggling with a breakup.
You can’t stop replaying the relationship or questioning your decision.
You’ve lost confidence, motivation, or your sense of identity.
You want a concise, structured process with practical next steps.
Your logical mind knows it’s over, but your emotions haven’t caught up.
You feel tempted to contact your ex or monitor what they’re doing.
You’re tired of generic advice telling you to “just move on.”
You’re willing to create boundaries and participate in the exercises.
This course is for everyone: whether you’ve just gotten out of a marriage, relationship or situationship; whether you were broken up with, chose to end things, or know it needed to end but are still grieving it.
This isn’t about erasing the relationship
You don’t have to pretend you never loved them.
You don’t have to dismiss the memories you shared.
You don’t have to rush into another relationship to prove that you’ve moved on.
Heartbreak: Handled helps you honor what happened without allowing it to control what happens next.
The goal isn’t to forget your former partner. It’s to reach a place where remembering them no longer pulls you away from yourself.
