This Privacy Policy explains how Laurel Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including through the LANEY TUCKER™ brand, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our websites, purchase or participate in our courses, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect information you provide to us, including your name, email address, phone number, account information, purchase information, marketing preferences, and communications with us or our customer-support providers.
Because our Services may address heartbreak, relationships, dating, self-worth, personal growth, and emotional well-being, you may voluntarily share personal or sensitive information in communications with us. Please provide only information reasonably necessary for us to assist you. Our Services and support channels are not medical or mental-health treatment or confidential healthcare-record systems.
We and the service providers used to operate the Services may also automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, and similar usage or security data.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use personal information to provide and administer the Services; process purchases; provide account, technical, and customer support; communicate with you about your purchase or Course; respond to inquiries; send marketing communications where permitted; improve and secure the Services; prevent fraud or misuse; enforce our agreements; and comply with legal obligations.
3. EMAIL AND TEXT MARKETING
If you provide your contact information and, where required, consent to marketing, we may send you promotional emails or text messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. If marketing texts are offered, you may opt out using the instructions in those messages, such as replying STOP where applicable. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase unless expressly and lawfully disclosed otherwise.
4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers and contractors that help us operate the Services, such as GoHighLevel (GHL), payment or financing providers, email or text-message providers, customer-support providers, hosting or technology providers, and professional advisers. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for us or as otherwise described in their own applicable privacy terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, to investigate fraud or misuse, or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business.
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING
Our websites and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, authentication, preferences, and basic performance or usage measurement. We do not currently intend to use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or sell personal information. If these practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
6. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required, including transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records.
California residents and residents of other jurisdictions may have additional privacy rights when applicable privacy laws cover our activities. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
We use reasonable measures designed to protect personal information, but no electronic system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and protect our legal rights.
8. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Services may be available internationally. We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law provides additional privacy or data-transfer rights, we will address them as required by law.
9. CHILDREN
The Services are intended for adults age 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, Services, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date, and will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
